PureCircle Limited is an investment holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the production, marketing and distribution of natural sweeteners and flavors. The Company is engaged in the integrated production and marketing of stevia products. PureCircle is engaged in every stage of its stevia supply chain-breeding, cultivating and harvesting stevia leaf, extracting and purifying the glycosides and creating products. The Company’s products include stevia PureCircle and PureCircle Flavors. It produces stevia ingredients for the global food and beverage industry. The Company’s subsidiary is PureCircle Sdn. Bhd. (PCSB). During the year ended June 30, 2012, the Company increased its investment in PureCircle (Jiangxi) Co. Ltd. (PCJX) from 98.54% to 98.58%.
