 11. Additional information(xvi)
 During the compilation of this disclosure, it was discovered that we had
 missed a disclosure in respect of Renew Holdings plc arising from crossing the
 10% reporting threshold on 9(th) January 2018.

 Due to changes in the company, its structure and the information systems we
 use, we have been unable to produce a breakdown of the holdings of Renew
 Holdings plc shares to the degree of accuracy normally expected.

 We can confirm that had this report been made at the time, it would have given
 aggregate position information as follows: Total shares with voting rights
 controlled by Canaccord were 6,011,698 which was 9.6051% based on a TVR figure
 at the time of 62,591,451.
