Schroder UK Growth Fund plc is an investment company, which carries on business as an investment trust. The Company’s investment objective is to achieve capital growth from investment in the United Kingdom equities, with the focus of providing a total return in excess of the FTSE All-Share Index. The Company invests in a concentrated portfolio of stocks. It invests primarily in the United Kingdom equities, including convertible securities and equity-related derivatives. Schroder Investment Management Limited acts as manager of the Company. The Company’s portfolio of between 20 and 40 large and mid-cap stocks is selected on the basis of the Manager’s investment conviction that they will provide attractive absolute returns.
