Stratex International plc (Stratex) is an exploration and development company focusing on gold and high-value base metals in Turkey, East Africa and West Africa. It has a portfolio of projects, with two in Turkey that are nearing gold production. Its projects include the Oksut, which is a high-sulphidation gold project, the Inlice project, Muratdere, Shehagne/Tigray, the Blackrock project and the West Africa projects. The Oksut is located in Central Anatolia. The Company’s other projects include the Hasancelebi project, the Antofagasta porphyry project, the Altunhisar project, the AbiAdi project and Other Ethiopian licenses, which include Mille-Serdo and Berahale. On December 22, 2011, it obtained total control of Silvrex Limited., which has a prospective gold portfolio in Senegal and Mauritania. In January 2013, the Company sold its 30% stake in Oksut Gold Project to Centerra Exploration B.V.
