FINANCIAL BRIEF: For the six months ended 31 July 2012, Summit Corporation plc revenues increased 58% to L1M. Net loss increased 55% to L2.2M. Revenues reflect an increase in demand for the Company's products and services due to favorable market conditions. Summit Corporation plc (Summit) is a drug discovery company. The Company is engaged in developing drug candidates to treat areas of unmet medical need. The Company focuses on advancing three drug programmes targeting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, C. difficile infection and Alzheimer’s disease and other tauopathies.
