The Company’s subsidiaries include Taliesin Limited, Taliesin Holdings Limited, Taliesin I GmbH, Taliesin Managing-Partner GmbH, Taliesin II GmbH, Taliesin GbR, Taliesin Potsdam 1 GmbH &Co KG, Taliesin Berlin 1 GmbH &Co KG, Taliesin Berlin 2 GmbH &Co KG, Taliesin Berlin 3 GmbH &Co KG, Taliesin Berlin 4 GmbH &Co KG and Taliesin Dresden 1 GmbH &Co KG. Taliesin Management Limited (TML) acts as investment advisor and provider of management services to the Company. In January 2013, the Company acquired Luxembourg incorporated holding companies.
