Tarsus Group plc (Tarsus) is an international business-to-business media company with interests in exhibitions, conferences, publishing and online media. As at December 31, 2009, it was organized into three main segments: Europe, United States and EmergingMarkets. The main activities of all segments are the production of exhibitions supported by other media activities related to those exhibitions. Its subsidiaries include The W R Kern Organisation Ltd, Fairs & Exhibitions Ltd, Tarsus Atlantic Ltd, Tarsus US Holdings, Inc., Tarsus Partners, Tarsus Spacifically Inc, Tarsus GEP Inc and Tarsus Leeward Ltd. In December 2011, it disposed ModAmont. In March 2012, it acquired 70% of Lifemedia Fuarcilik A.S. In December 2012, the Company acquired 50% of the China International Automotive Aftermarket Industry and Tuning (Guangzhou) Trade Fair (GZ Auto) and other associated business assets. In March 2013, it acquired 51% interest of PT Infrastructure Asia.
