Voting Rights and Capital

In conformity with Rule 5.6.1 of the Financial Services Authority's ("FSA") Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market that its issued share capital consists of 43,198,033 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company holds 614,181 ordinary shares in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 42,583,852.

  
The above figure (42,583,852) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
