Accounts and Annual General Meeting update

 

The Board of Xtract Resources Plc ("Xtract" or the "Company") confirms that it
will publish the Company's audited results for the year ended 31 December 2022
before the end of this month, the timing of which reflects the change of
auditor as announced on 30 March 2023. The Board expects to publish the Notice
of the Annual General Meeting as soon as practicable thereafter and a further
announcement will be made shortly.

 

The information contained within this announcement is deemed by the Company to
constitute inside information as stipulated under the Market Abuse Regulations
(EU) No. 596/2014 as it forms part of UK Domestic Law by virtue of the
European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 ("UK MAR"). The person who arranged for
