Oilexco Incorporated is an oil and gas exploration and production company headquartered in Calgary, Canada. The Corporation has one wholly-owned subsidiary: Oilexco North Sea Limited, which is based in Aberdeen, Scotland. All of the Companys exploration, development and production properties are located in the UK Central North Sea. Since entering the North Sea in 2002, the Company made this region our principal focus. Oilexco was founded in 1994, and trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange and the London Stock Exchange.
