Albion Enterprise VCT PLC, formerly Close Enterprise VCT PLC, is a venture capital trust. The principal activity of the Company is to select and hold a portfolio of investments in unquoted securities. The Company focuses on providing investors with a regular and predictable source of income, combined with the long term capital growth. The Company’s objective is to invest in unquoted companies throughout the United Kingdom to provide both capital growth and dividend income to shareholders over the long term. The Company’s asset-based investments account for 58 per cent of the portfolio of unquoted investments and high growth investments account for 42 per cent. The Company invests in sectors, such as cash, healthcare, pubs, business services, software, travel, cinemas and other leisure. Albion Ventures LLP is the manager of the company.
