Revenues reflect Gain on Investments decrease from L13.4M to -L3.8M. The Company’s investment objective is to achieve long term capital growth in its assets through capital gains from its investments. It invests in sectors, such as construction and building materials, consumer products and services, financial services, healthcare, leisure and hotels, industrials, pharmaceutical, medical, biotech, real estate, support services and technology. It focuses on investing in private companies. It targets buyouts investments where it can partner with management teams to build better businesses. The Company’s investment manager is Dunedin Capital Partners Limited. In May 2013, the Company sold its entire investment in FSN Capital III LP.
