International Public Partnerships Limited is a closed-ended investment company. The Company's investment objective is to provide shareholders with long-term distributions arising from public infrastructure investments. As of December 31, 2011, the portfolio consisted of 117 individual investments arising from 69 separate projects in the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy and Ireland. On June 9, 2011, it acquired a 26.67% interest in GoldlinQ Holdings Pty Ltd. On August 12, 2011, it acquired the partnership interests (including investor loans) in Building Schools for the Future LLP. Amber Fund Management Limited is the Company's investment advisor.
