Pantheon International Participations PLC (PIP) is a United Kingdom-based, close-ended investment trust. PIP’s primary investment objective is to maximize capital growth by investing in a diversified portfolio of private equity funds, and across the world occasionally, directly in private companies. It provides investors to access portfolio of unquoted companies in the United States, Europe and Asia. The Company invests in sectors, such as energy, materials, industrial, consumer discretionary, consumer staples, healthcare, financials, information technology and telecom services. The Company may invest in any type of financial instrument, including equity and non-equity shares, debt securities, subscription and conversion rights and options in relation to such shares and securities and interests in partnerships and limited partnerships and other forms of collective investment scheme. Pantheon Ventures Limited (Pantheon) acts as the manager of the Company.
