VinaLand Limited (VNL) is a closed-end fund. It invests in residential, office, retail, hospitality, township/industrial properties and leisure projects. Its segments consist of Commercial, which includes development and operation of investment properties; Undetermined use, which includes investment, construction and sales of residential properties; Hospitality, which includes development and operation of hotels, and other related services, and Mixed-use, which includes remaining investments. Its subsidiaries are engaged in property investment and hospitality management. In September 2009, it acquired additional 30% interest in Phu Hoi City Company Limited. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010, it disposed 85% interest in Golden Gain Vietnam Limited. In January 2010, it acquired additional 2.25% in Vinh Thai Urban Development Corporation and 30% interest in Viet Land Development Corporation. In January 2011, the Company sold its entire equity stake in the Quoc Te project.
