Throughout the years Stockopedia has created a significant amount of content designed to help you improve your investing. In 2023 alone, the team wrote 315 articles, created 25 videos, hosted 9 webinars and a produced a high-quality ‘Makings of a Multibagger’ research report that was subsequently covered in the Times.

With such a large amount of great content, it can be quite hard to find the content you need, be it the slides for a recent webinar, or our detailed analysis on Profit Warnings, IPOs or Quality Investing.

We are delighted to announce the launch of the Stockopedia Academy, a new portal dedicated to hosting our best educational content in a one-stop shop for you.

Thanks for collating these, small comment, any chance you can date the articles, the two I clicked on did not have a date, and probably in a couple of years time, it would be useful to know how up to date the articles are.

So. My thoughts are that these are great enhancements that is making the service provided very valuable to both private and professional investors. My own major frustration is that only a small amount of Investment Trusts are covered. So in my case, having created a new IT Portfolio at the January of 2023 which consists of 12 IT Shares, only 3 are fully stock rank covered. So whilst impressed with the offering highlighted, I still feel this area of investing is lacking coverage and analysis.

I would be encouraged......but the first time Stocko said it was looking into this imminently was in 2019.

I still think it is the single most useful improvement you could make for the average Stocko user, and I'm very surprised it hasn't been done yet.

I agree Dr Dave, I ran out of portfolios years ago. If I had more available I'd build a portfolio that combined all the trades and holdings from several of my other separate portfolios (one each for each of my ISA / SIPP & other broker accounts), so I could easily get an overall picture of things like sector concentration etc. Of course much better would be access to a feature to show a summary view of portfolio data / charts based on the content of several of my portfolios, giving me a combined view, according to which I'd selected, with no additional admin on my part. I can but dream!

Thanks Oliver. At first glance it is a great portal. I am a bit confused how it sits with the learning portal https://www.stockopedia.com/le.... Does this mean you'l retire the learning portal?

I look forward to future enhancements too, with much eagerness. Some comments on the portfolios seem to be hitting a chord with other users?

Edit: Apart from a combined portfolio view (that I have banged on about since the old Stockopedia site was in its heyday) I'd like the prices used across the site to be standardised on either mid, bid or offer, but NOT last trade as is currently the apparent default. When there are wide spreads it distorts the picture, and is a cause of many shocks in the past!

Thanks Charles. I'm going away to study the difference between Investment Trusts and ETF's. Lots of news/punts on thematic ETF's (bitcoin for instance / Future of Defence UCITS ETF USD Acc (LON:NATO) is doing well) but no clue on IT's, but saying that do have Supermarket Income REIT (LON:SUPR) - so pays profits as dividend for tax purposes - which to me is not a positive and could change.

It's a tad confusing, but scroll to the bottom of the home page, then click on See All

Could you look at CEOs, CFOs? Build a database on them identifying their success/failure, how many cos they have worked with. It seems to me this is central to investment and identifying skill.
