Ascential plc ("the Company")

 

Block listing application

 

 

Application has been made to the FCA  and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE")
for a block listing of 10,600,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each to trade on the
LSE and to be admitted to the FCA's Official List. The shares shall rank pari
passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

 

These shares have been reserved under a block listing and will be issued on
vesting of shares awards granted under the Company's Performance Share Plan.

 

The expected admission of the shares will be 8am on 4 September 2023.
