In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Dr
Catharine Farrow, Non-Executive Director of Centamin, has been appointed as a
non-executive director of Aclara Resources, listed on the Toronto Stock
Exchange.

Further to Centamin and Alcara Resources, Catharine is a non-executive
director of Franco-Nevada Corporate and Eldorado Gold Corporation.
