Neutral Capital Finance PLC Series 2021-NF2 7.25% Bonds Due 2026

(the "Bonds")

On 3 May 2024, Neutral Capital Finance PLC, the issuer of the Bonds, released
a Notice to Noteholders in regards to the coupon payment due on 26(th) April
2024.

The Borrower can confirm that a coupon payment, of an amount of US$151,831.10
left its account ahead of the due date of the coupon. However, the payment was
placed under review by its bank. The Borrower is liaising with its bank to aid
with its review and payment will be sought as soon as this process is
completed.

The Bonds are listed on the Cayman Stock Exchange and are admitted to trading
on the Frankfurt Open Market.

This notice is given by the Borrower.
