Publication of Base Prospectus in respect of Centrica plc's Hybrid Capital
Issuance

Publication of prospectus in respect of Centrica plc's £405,000,000
Subordinated Resettable Fixed Rate Notes due 2055 (initial coupon 6.500%) (the
"Notes").

the Financial Conduct Authority in respect of the listing and admission to
trading of the Notes:
