Notice of Annual General Meeting

Glencore plc releases today its Notice of AGM, which will be held on 29 May
2024 at 12 p.m.   Central European Summer Time at Theater-Casino Zug,
Artherstrasse 2-4, Zug, Switzerland.

The Notice of Meeting and Form of Proxy for the AGM are being made available
or posted to shareholders today.

These documents are also available on our website at glencore.com/agm
(http://www.glencore.com/agm) and, in accordance with LR 9.6.1R., will shortly
be available for inspection on the FCA's National Storage Mechanism at:

baseline, we are targeting to reduce our Scope 1, 2 and 3 industrial emissions
by 15% by the end of 2026, 25% by the end of 2030, 50% by the end of 2035 and
we have an ambition to achieve net zero industrial emissions by the end of
2050, subject to a supportive policy environment. For more information see our
