Result of General Meeting

Home REIT plc (the "Company") announces that, at the General Meeting (the
"GM") of the Company held today, resolution 1 as set out in the Notice of
General Meeting was duly passed on a poll.

Following approval by Shareholders of the new investment policy, and further
to the Company's announcement of 23 May 2023, the Board is pleased to announce
that AEW UK Investment Management LLP has been appointed as the Company's AIFM
and Investment Manager with immediate effect. Alvarium Fund Managers (UK)
Limited has today ceased to act as AIFM.

The poll result was:

    Company to the exclusion of the existing investment policy of the Company

Shareholders are entitled to one vote per share. Votes withheld are not a vote
in law and are therefore not counted in the calculation of the percentages of
the votes cast for and against a resolution. Where shareholders appointed the
Chair as their proxy with discretion as to voting, their votes were cast in
favour of resolution 1 and their shares have been included in the "votes for"
column.

The total number of ordinary shares of GBP 0.01p each in issue is 790,570,465.
The total number of voting rights is: 790,570,465.

Lynne Fennah, Chair of Home REIT plc, said: "Shareholders have overwhelmingly
supported our proposal and we can now focus on our continuing work with AEW to
maximise value. AEW's appointment as the Company's Investment Manager and AIFM
is an important step. Following the Company's announcement of AEW's
appointment as Property Adviser on 23 May 2023, AEW has begun several critical
workstreams to stabilise the Company's property portfolio and maintain its
mission of providing accommodation to vulnerable people."

Nick Winsley, Head of AEW UK, said: "Today's result will allow us to continue
to execute our stabilisation strategy for the Company's portfolio. Protecting
the interests of all of Home REIT's stakeholders remains at the forefront of
our agenda."

have the same meanings as set out in the Notice of General Meeting.
