Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) hereby announces that the Board of Directors
resolved at their meeting today to propose "Partial Amendments to the Articles
of Incorporation" to MC's 2024 Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be
held on June 21 of this year.
