Director/PDMR Shareholding
In accordance with the notification obligations under Article 19 of the UK
Market Abuse Regulation, Renishaw plc (the "Company") announces the following
transactions relating to certain persons discharging managerial
responsibilities of the Company ("PDMRs") under the Renishaw plc Deferred
Annual Equity Incentive Plan (the "DAEIP").
The following PDMRs have been granted awards over 27,002 ordinary shares of 20
pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (the "DAEIP Awards") on 26
October 2022:

Subject to certain conditions in respect of service, the DAEIP Awards vest on
27 October 2025. The number of Ordinary Shares subject to the DAEIP Awards has
been calculated based on the average closing middle market price for an
Ordinary Share (as derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List)
for the five business days immediately preceding 26 October 2022, in
accordance with the rules of the DAEIP. No payment was required for the grant
of the DAEIP Awards.
