The Company confirms that the following documents have been submitted to the
National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at

1.         Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM"); and

2.         Proxy Form.

 

The Notice of AGM has been distributed to shareholders and will also be

The Company's AGM will be held on Wednesday 30 November 2022 at the Company's
headquarters at New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 8JR at
