Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

The Company has been notified that Jane Hawksworth, wife of Ian Hawksworth,
Chief Executive, purchased 88,888 ordinary shares in the Company on 29
February 2024.

 

Following the purchase the total interest in shares in the Company of Ian
Hawksworth and his closely associated persons is 2,245,623 ordinary shares,
which represents 0.11% of the issued share capital.
