 Response to Further Press Statement re Former Plymouth City Airport

 

Further to the Company's announcements of 25 January and 2 February 2024,
Sutton Harbour notes the press statement made yesterday by Plymouth City
Council (the "Council") and confirms that it has received a letter from the
Council alleging a breach of the Plymouth City Airport lease (the "Letter").

 

The Company is considering, in conjunction with its advisers, the contents of
the Letter, and will provide further update(s) in due course.
