Executive Director Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('DSBP') Grant Notification

 

The Company announces that on 3 May 2024 the Executive Directors noted below
were granted awards under the Trainline plc DSBP.

 

The DSBP awards were granted in the form of conditional awards deferring a
portion of their FY2024 Annual Bonus which will be disclosed in the FY2024
Annual Report.
