Victrex plc is an innovative world leader in high performance polymer
solutions, delivering sustainable products which enable environmental and
societal benefit in multiple end-markets.  The company announces that Ian
Melling, Chief Financial Officer of Victrex, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares
in the Company on 15 May 2024 at a price of £13.016953 per ordinary share.
