It is engaged in the development of primary care facilities, from single practice surgeries to multi-occupancy health centers, including polyclinics and medical malls. Advanced Oncotherapy PLC focuses in the development and financing of dental facilities for both national health services and private patients. Its projects include Allesley park, Bishop Stortford, Epsom, Southampton gateway, West Wirral and the Folkestone health center. The Firm also provides services in the areas of briefing and business planning, site finding, programming, cost control, designing, construction, commissioning, and financing, as well as advice service on maintenance and repair issues to tenants and building occupiers, and facilities management services. In January 2013, it sold The Healthcare Property Company Limited.
