The Company operates under brands, such as Burmatex Limited and Ryalux Carpets Limited. Burmatex Limited is the manufacturer and distribution of fiber bonded sheet carpet and carpet tiles. The Company offers a product range spanning fiber bonded and tufted carpet in sheet and tile, as well as specialist barrier and entrance matting products. Its focus is on the design and creation of products to meet the needs of architects, specifiers and contractors for the education, leisure, commercial, healthcare and public sectors. Ryalux Carpets Limited is the manufacturer and distribution of carpe, offering range of color and texture through consumer brands, such as Pownall, Chatsworth and Ryalux. As of June 30, 2012, the Company’s subsidiaries include Burmatex Limited, Ryalux Carpets Limited, AIREA Floor Coverings Limited and Burmatex SP ZOO.
