On July 12, 2011, the Company completed the disposal of its Promotional Marketing Division to Stridage Limited. On March 7, 2011, the Company through its subsidiary Trade Only Limited, acquired strategic technology assets of Technologo. In May 2011, it acquired The Logo Network, a provider of marketing programs and marketing Websites to the promotional products distributors.
