CLS Holdings plc is a property management company. The Company is engaged in the investment in, and the development and management of, commercial properties in London, France, Germany and Sweden, and in other investments. The Company operates in two divisions: investment property and other investments. The investment properties operate in London, France, Germany and Sweden. Other investments comprise investments in corporate bonds, in property groups Catena AB and Bulgarian Land Development plc and Wyatt Media Group AB, and other small corporate investments. In February 2012, the Company completed pre-let development, Grafelfing, in Germany. The Company’s Swedish property interests consists of the 45, 400 square meters office complex in Vanersborg, and the it owns 29.9% interest in the real estate company, Catena AB. At December 31, 2011, it had 48.3% interest in Bulgarian Land Development Plc. On January 12, 2012, it acquired a 16.64% interest in Cood Investments AB.
