Computacenter plc is a United Kingdom-based holding company. The Company, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in the supply, implementation, support and management of information technology systems. It is an independent provider of information technology (IT) infrastructure services. It delivers onsite services in approximately 60 countries and supplies IT hardware and software to customers in more than 100 countries. Its manage and transform services provide maintenance, support, transformation and management of IT infrastructure and operations. The Company's consult and change services deliver projects and resources across IT infrastructure. Its Source and deploy services include providing products and commercials to address technology requirements, and providing a complete service and support throughout the lifecycle. On April 1, 2011, the Company acquired Top Info SAS in France. On April 11, 2011, it acquired HSD Consult GmbH.
