Notice of Results

Driver Group PLC (AIM: DRV), the leading global professional services
consultancy to the construction and engineering industries, providing
multi-disciplinary consultancy services including expert witness, claims and
dispute resolution services, expects to report preliminary results for the
year ending 30 September 2020 on Tuesday 15 December 2020.

Management will host a remote presentation for analysts on the day of the
results at 09:00am. Analysts who wish to attend the presentation should
