Driver Group plc is engaged in the provision of specialist commercial and dispute resolution services to the construction industry. The Company delivers the commercial engineering and construction consultancy services through five divisions: DIALES, which is its witness support service provider; Driver Corporate Services, which provides services that include dealing with due diligence, corporate recovery, and insolvency cases; Driver Project Services, which is the Company’s project resource team; Driver Strategic Project Management, which includes the provision of transaction advisory services to clients for the delivery of concession projects using Private Finance Initiative, Public-private partnership and Design Build Finance Operate procurement options, and Driver Trett’s team, which delivers commercial and claims support, as well as procurement advice, contractual and strategic advice. In May 2012, it acquired Trett Consulting from Grontmij NV.
