Eleco plc is engaged in the manufacture and supply of building systems and products, and the design and supply of software systems. The Company operates in three segments: software, building products and precast concrete. The Company consisted of ElecoSoft and ElecoBuild. On March 14, 2012, the Company acquired the business of Novator Projeckstyrning AB, of Sweden. On August 25, 2011, the Company acquired the business of Nilsson and Sahlin Arkitekter AB, an architectural and design practice in Sweden. On August 31, 2011, the Company disposed of its timber frame manufacturing interests in Eleco Timber Frame Limited based in Speke, Merseyside. On December 17, 2011, the Company sold the business assets of Gang-Nail Systems Limited and International Truss Systems (Pty) Limited, in South Africa. On February 3, 2012, the Company disposed of its manufacturing facility at Hoveringham, Nottinghamshire.
