Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Glenveagh Properties plc ("Glenveagh" or the "Group") a leading Irish
homebuilder is pleased to announce today the appointment of Jefferies
International Limited ("Jefferies") as Joint Corporate Broker, with immediate
effect. Jefferies will act alongside the Company's existing corporate broker,
Davy.
