Awards under the Glenveagh Properties plc Long Term Incentive Plan

 

 

On 28 March 2024, awards were granted under the Glenveagh Properties plc (the
"Company") Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). At the time of announcing the
awards, the Company stated that full details of the performance measures that
will apply to the 2024 LTIP would be announced following a comprehensive
review of internal forecasts and taking into account external expectations of
future performance.

 

The Company now announces the following targets that will apply to the 2024
LTIP awards, to be achieved in FY2026:

 

 

 Metric  Weighting  Threshold Target (25%)  Maximum Target (100%)
 EPS     50%        €0.14                   €0.23
 ROE     50%        11%                     16.2%
