Profile Summary
Helium One Global Ltd is a United Kingdom-based helium explorer. The Company explores, develops, and produces low-carbon helium, a critical material. The Company holds prospecting licenses totaling approximately 2,964 square kilometers (KM2) across three distinct project areas, to resolve a supply-constrained helium market. Its Rukwa, Balangida, and Eyasi projects are located within rift basins on the margin of the Tanzanian Craton in the north and southwest of the country. Its Rukwa Project is located within the Rukwa Rift Basin covering 1,900 km2 in south-west Tanzania. The project is an advanced exploration project with leads and prospects defined by a subsurface database including multispectral satellite spectroscopy, airborne gravity gradiometry, two-dimensional (2D) seismic data, and QEMSCAN analysis. Its Eyasi project covers an area of approximately 807 km2. Balangida project covers an area of approximately 259 km.
