Jarvis Securities Plc is a holding company. The Company offers a range of stockbroking services to both retail and institutional clients. The Company, through its wholly owned subsidiary Jarvis Investment Management Ltd, offers a range of stockbroking and administration services and solutions. The Company is a member of the London Stock Exchange and PLUS Markets, an approved HM Revenue & Customs individual savings account (ISA) manager. Jarvis also act as a retail execution only stockbroker and ISA Manager for several houses, as well as servicing its own branded execution only retail stockbroking products ShareDeal Active and X-O.co.uk. The Company’s other nominee companies include Dudley Road Nominees Limited, JIM Nominees Limited and Galleon Nominees Limited. In January 2013, the Company sold Hubwise Holdings Limited (Hubwise).
