LBG Media plc (AIM: LBG), the global digital entertainment business with a
focus on young adults, announces that its audited financial results for the
year ended 31 December 2023 are available to view on the Company's website at
www.lbgmedia.co.uk. The audited final results contain no material adjustments
to the unaudited results announced on Thursday, 18 April 2024.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the London
office, Level 2, The Relay Building, 114 Whitechapel High Street, London, E1
7PT at 9:30 a.m. on 23 May 2024. An electronic copy of the Notice of AGM will
be available shortly on the investor section of the Company's

Report and Accounts is available
