It is focused on food and agri-business, supplying food, ingredients, feed, and fiber to customers. Its segments include Olam Food Ingredients, Olam Global Agri, and Olam International Limited. The Olam Food Ingredients segment includes cocoa, coffee, edible nuts, spices, and dairy. The Olam Global Agri segment includes grains, animal feed and protein, edible oil, rice, cotton, and commodity financial services. The Olam International Limited segment includes Nupo Ventures (Engine 2 growth platforms), Mindsprint (formally OTBS) and OGH (Deprioritised assets and gestating assets, including Olam Palm Gabon, Packaged Foods, and Infrastructure and Logistics (ARISE P&L)). It works with food manufacturers to artisanal chefs; packaged food producers to retailers, and farmers to smallholders. Its subsidiaries include Olam International Limited and Olam Treasury Pte Ltd.
