The Company is a holding company of an Australian-based subsidiary owning a permit for the exploration of minerals over a tenement of 2,100 hectares in Queensland, Australia. The Company is focused primarily on iron ore and has been exploring the tenement, since June 2010. In October 2010, a preliminary drilling program was completed. The Company's exploration is focused primarily on magnetite deposit. In September 2011, it acquired Ebony Iron Pty Ltd (Ebony).
