Symphony International Holdings Limited, along with its subsidiaries, is engaged in making investments through long-term private equity investments in consumer-related businesses, primarily in the hospitality, healthcare and lifestyle sectors, including related real estate. Its segments include healthcare, which includes investments in Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust ; hospitality, which includes investment in Minor International Public Company Limited; lifestyle, which includes investments in C Larsen (Singapore) Pte Ltd and AFC Network Private Limited; lifestyle/real estate, which includes investments in Minuet Ltd and SG Land Co. Ltd, and cash and temporary investments which include government securities. In March 2013, its joint venture company (JVC), Minuet Ltd completed the sale of 17.0 rai of land in Bangkok, Thailand to MJP Property Company Limited. In April 2013, the Company sold AFC Network Private Limited.
