The Company provides rotating and non-rotating fabricated parts and assemblies for gas turbine engines. The Company services the aerospace, marine and industrial gas turbine market sectors. It operates in two divisions: Aerospace and Flexonics. The Aerospace Division is managed as two sub-divisions, Aerostructures and Fluid Systems. The Company operations are located principally in North America and Europe. The Flexonics Division includes range of products for land vehicles and industrial process control.
